Hey guys, I've always thought GigaDial was pretty cool but have you checked out CastRoller. You can set up channels and add single episodes to it as well as have podcasts automatically fill it. On top of that there are some great sharing (like google reader) and social features, like a full social network for podcast listening.
You can see my profile on CastRoller at http://castroller.com/billdeys

For @bryanmarsh – check out http://microformats.org/ – Google can interpret the reviews on your site much better if you use these tags to mark up your content semantically – see the hCard and hReview formats specifically.
Also for @bryanmarsh the link to your site in this post came up page not found, but I navigated to the property – noticed the name had changed. If name changes occur often with entries in your database, consider setting up automatic redirects at the old locations. One other point, could your search-engine-friendly URLs not include the city/region of the hotel? Might give you a slight SEO bump. e.g. http://www.etourismholidays.com.au/hotel/gold-c…

Great comment Charles, this is dead on – including the location in the URL will help.
My Gigadial channel: http://gigadial.net/public/station/56044?page=2…
It currently contains a lot of job-hunting related podcasts, some marketing ones, some old favorites, too. I've used it when I didn't want to have to subscribe to an entire show just to get that one episode. Feel free to toss a few into mine, if you'd like.
