Hi, I'll be mentioning this blog on Blog Day, August 31.
Hi, I’ll be mentioning this blog on Blog Day, August 31.
Hi Crhis and John,
I have been listening to your show on and off for about a year. I usually pick up something new from show every time I listen to it. Not being terribly adept with mp3's (because I am the last hold-out on the planet to buy an ipod), sometimes I go a few weeks without listening.
I think the most valuable thing I get from your show is sort of an orthogonal view of internet marketing. I often traipse off into directions exploring new tools and techniques, and it is interesting to hear what you two have to say about the same thing.
So often it is a good way to get an exterior opinion about what I am doing and thinking. For example, I had been introduced to Wonder Wheel on the Google adword keyword tool earlier this summer. I had been using it just as you described, so I felt at least confirmed on an approach to using it correctly.
Incidently, regarding WW, it is not semantically related terms that are derived, so am wondering if this is the test ground for LSI.
Nice work guys,
Frank Dobner

Thanks Frank, yes it’s still like the wild west out here, it’s good to see what your neighbor is doing.
Go ipod when you have the chance, podcast subscription is a wonderful thing.

Re: learning how to podcast and improving your podcasting skills, I highly recommend The Podcast Answer Man podcast by Cliff Ravenscraft. And, if you happen to need a podcast consultant, I give Cliff a huge thumbs up. He helped me a lot in getting my podcast up and running.
