re: survey tools… a few months ago i scoured the web and the best i could find is http://checkbox.com. it isn’t cheap but seemed to have all the features i was looking for.
the other great (almost free) tool for super professional surveys is flypaper.com. with the pro version you can create some fantastic interactive survey, quizes, elearning stuff.
btw – love the podcast… i look forward to each episode 🙂 thx!
