Chris, you mentioned increasing lead generation for BSF on a massive scale. I'd be very very (how many times should I type 'very' to get the point across?) interested in a summary of how you did this.

I've been in sales for just over 15 years and I've taken a LOT of training courses. For me, what works best is something that's memorable, applicable and as you guys mentioned, something that translates over time. The days of “Hello there Mr. Prospect, may I call you Mr. Prospect? Wouldn't you agree the internet is changing everything?” are long over. The guy I remember best was with Prime Resource Group – Jeff Thull. He's a legend. Complex sales training that's entertaining, realistic and with real, applicable processes that don't sound canned. The guy's a genius. I'll even throw my favorite in for free: Always be leaving
Keep up the great work

Guys: Great Show.. I have been thru a bunch of sales training courses, many are good, some great… But for the marketing guys I recommend checking out the Jerry Vass Book “Soft selling in a hard world”. I have had allot of success using his methods in B to B marketing programs..

Guys, thanks for taking my question about Yellow Pages.
We’re on the same wavelength, we are an authorized content provider to Google, submitting detailed information about small businesses into their Local Business Center.
We’re in the process of building out http://CloseBy.com our local directory of businesses.

Y’all rock.
